Mike and his Team lived up to Priddy Amazing Builders name. Built an absolutely amazing Pergola. His Team is extremely professional, polite and detailed oriented. Site was cleaned daily prior to departure. This Pergola was exactly what we wanted for retirement. Looking forward to years of entertaining and making memories on our new beautiful outdoor feature. Mike is wonderful to work with. Made us feel special throughout the project. We would highly recommend Mike and his Team for any project, big or small.

I first came across Mike's impressive website thinking it was probably a long shot that he would be interested in taking on a residential project for our 100-year-old home. After hearing our story about how our previous contractor had walked off the job after receiving the majority of the payment, we were incredibly fortunate that Mike and his team agreed to take on the project. From the beginning, Mike discovered numerous issues that had been done incorrectly by the previous contractor. He made sure the proper permits were pulled and that all required inspections were completed throughout the project, giving us peace of mind that everything was being done the right way. Mike and his team did an outstanding job rebuilding and completing our front and back porches, as well as correcting structural issues with the roofline that had begun to sag due to inadequate support from the previous contractor. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. Throughout the entire project, Mike and his team were compassionate, professional, and receptive to any questions, feedback, or adjustments we requested. They communicated well, managed the project seamlessly during the workweek while I was away from the property, and completed everything in an impressive three weeks. What impressed me just as much as the quality of their work was how they treated our property. They left it in even better condition than when they arrived. They swept and cleaned out the garage where they had been working and storing materials, pressure washed the pavement leading up to the beautiful new porches and steps, cleaned the garage door, and made sure every bit of construction debris was removed and properly disposed of. Before Mike and his team had even finished the project, I was already asking about their availability for additional work because I was so pleased with the results. It is rare to find a contractor who combines outstanding craftsmanship with honesty, reliability, professionalism, and genuine compassion for their clients. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Mike and his team, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for high-quality work.

My part was miniscule compared to the amazing craftsmanship of the other trades coming together to build some of the most eye catching eating establishments.
